Veryl D. Currey, 77, 1405 S. Anderson St., died Saturday morning at Mercy Hospital after a brief illness. Born Sept. 19, 1906 in Paris, Ohio, he was the son of Andrew and Mary Smith Currey. He was married to Zelma Toohey in 1936. She survives. A retired agent with the Prudential Insurance Co., he Lodge, Other survivors include a son, Michael Currey of South Bend; a brother, Ward Currey of Dayton, Ohio; and a sister, Wihna Potter of Sydney Ohio. The body was taken to Copher and Fesler Funeral Home where friends may call from 1 to 4 and _ to _ p.m. today. Funeral Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday at SL Joseph Catholic Church with Father Paul Wkklum officiating. Burial will be in Elwood City Cemetery. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today at the funeral home with Elks services to follow at 7:30p.m.
