She was born Sept. 8, 1912, in Dixon, Iowa, the daughter of Nicholas Siem and Marie Reese. She married Louis R. Fisher April 8, 1941, in Davenport. He died in 1993.
She was a member of the church, Davenport Moose Club, QC Plus 60 Club and Liedertaufel. She enjoyed cards, bowling and sewing.
Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Marie and Daniel Hotle, East Moline, and Deborah and David Schwarz, Naples, Fla.; a son, Gerald L. Fisher, Bettendorf; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Marianne Peterson, Wheatland, Iowa.
