In 1915, Florence and son Donald traveled by train from New York to Hollywood, CA, to join Harold N. Moss who had secured a sales position there. In September 1916, after the birth of their daughter, the couple separated. Florence and children returned to New Jersey to live with her father in Glen Ridge, NJ.

2. Elizabeth Francis (sic) Moss McCabe Case, b. 28 Jan 1916, Hollywood, CA. Elizabeth was a graduate of Glen Ridge High School, 1928. She joined her mother's personal shopping agency Moss & Averill located in Manhattan. In 1942, she married (1) Ambrose C. McCabe, b. White Plains, NY, on 23 April 1910-June 1973. They had 4 children. She married (2) Hadley Case, of Naples, FL in 1977. There were no issue of this marriage. She died in December, 2005 in Naples, FL and, with Hadley Case, is interred in Salisbury, Litchfield Co., CT.
