LANCE Mildred Houghton, died in her 99th year on September 11, 2006, in Cary, NC. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Roy B. Lance, and all her siblings. She leaves three children, Barbara (Herman) Kleine of Cary, NC; Gordon (Joan Kern) of Overland Park, KS; and Carol (Bernhard) Felber of Dallas, TX. She also leaves seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Service will be at Knox Presbyterian Church, Monday at 10 A.M., with inurnment in Knox Presbyterian Church Columbarium. It is requested that remembrances be directed to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
