HOBBS, N.M. - Dorothy M. Braziel, 76, of Hobbs, N.M., died Wednesday, June 4, 1997, in Columbia Lea Regional Medical Center in Hobbs.
Services will be at a later date in Holton, Kan.
She was born Sept. 28, 1920, in Holton, Kan. She married Billy Braziel on Aug. 11, 1973, in Juarez, Mexico. She was a member of the Moose Lodge, Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion.
Survivors include her husband; a brother, George ''Lemoine'' Baldwin of Topeka, Kan.; three sisters, Donna Fulton of San Jose, Calif., Audrey Scheidegger of Topeka, Kan., and Jo Ann Dugan of Delia, Kan.
The family suggests memorials to the Dorothy Braziel Memorial Fund at Norwest Bank in Hobbs.
The family will receive friends at Griffin Funeral Home from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. today.
