Annex Chase Boyle was preceded in death by his grandmother, Michelle Bowen; great grandfathers, Dwane Bowen and Larry Wittmer; an aunt, Heather Copeland and a great uncle, Terry Bowen.
He leaves behind to share his memory his parents; two sisters, Aunika Janae Boyle and Kaydence Renee Bowen; two brothers, Slade Tanner Bowen and Adrian Tanner Kade Elkins; grandfather, Clint Bowen; grandparents, Rodney and Terry Hilton, Ed and Deborah Boyle; great-grandmothers, Mary Bowen, Suzi Wittmer and Donna Burns; great- grandfather, Donald Parten; aunt, Angela Rencher; great-uncle, A.J.
