KERSEY, Frank 89, died Feb. 12, 2016. His mind was clear and his steps were sure as he strode in to take his place in the Heavenly choir. Even through his battle with dementia, he never lost his love for music or his sense of humor. He is survived by his wife, Lavonne; son, Frank; daughter, Lisa; and six grandchildren. Friends received Thursday, Feb. 18, 3-5 pm, at Garden of Memories. Funeral services with full military honors will be held at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Friday, Feb. 19, 11:30 am.
