The Rev. Mrs. Fannie Pearl Hill Davis, 69, resident of Goldsboro and native of Pink Hill, went to be with the Lord Sunday, Feb. 14, while at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

Services will be held Wednesday, Feb. 17, at 2:30 p.m. at Tyndall Funeral Chapel in Mount Olive with the Rev. James Earl Herring officiating, with burial to follow. Visitation will be before the service, beginning at 1 p.m.

Sister Davis served as co-pastor of Faith Pentecostal Church in Rosewood, along with her husband.

Surviving are her husband, the Rev. James Allen "Jack" Davis; seven children- Patricia Davis Sasser and her husband Pat, Janet Marie Davis, Timothy Davis and wife Katlyn, Melissa Danielle Davis, Jessica Davis Peacock and husband Brandon, Brittany Davis, and Patricia Davis; two grandchildren Zachary Allen Rayburn and wife Dolores, and Justin Sasser; 13 great-grandchildren; a brother, William Henry Hill; two sisters Annie Davis and Mildred Walters; several nieces and nephews.

Fannie was preceded in death by her parents Robert Luther and Effie Pearl Boyette Hill.
