Born January 1, 1926 in Leota to Oliver Wendell and Ina Elizabeth Ellsworth Jorgensen.
Married Bernard D. Moore on April 8, 1946, sealed Salt Lake LDS Temple on August 10, 1954.
He died April 12, 2014.
Survived by her son, Gary (Sharon) Moore, Layton; eighteen grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren, and a brother, Don (Jane) Jorgensen, Randlett.
Preceded in death by her husband, Bernard; a daughter, Gail Erickson; a son, Kurt Moore; brothers,EIrvin, Vern, and Bert; a sister, Melva Neumeyer; and a grandson, Steven Moore.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Randlett LDS Chapel, with a viewing beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Burial will be in the Leota Cemetery.
