Felix ran away from home and joined the Marines a few days after his 14th birthday. He continued his schooling while in the service and became thoroughly qualified in 15 different languages. He became a pilot. He flew Prime Minister, Winston Churchill during WWII. He was a Colonel in the Intelligence Div. During the invasion of Normandy he was captured by Germans. He was held for months and tortured. He was givin a honorable discharge after 38 years of service.
