Ezra "Big John" Baughman Sr., 67, of Toms Brook, Virginia passed away Thursday, January 2, 2014 at Stone Spring Emergency Center in Dulles Virginia.
The family will receive friends Tuesday January 7 from 1-2 PM with a memorial service to begin at 2:00 PM at Dellinger Funeral Home in Woodstock. Reverend Kent Bennett will officiate.
Mr. Baughman was born June 29, 1946 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, son of the late William Baughman Sr. and Elizabeth Zook Baughman.
He was a member of Waterbrook Brethren Church. Farming was his number one passion. He also enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Sherry Vance Baughman; 2 sons, Ezra Baughman Jr. and wife Carla, and Corbyn Rush; four daughters, Tammy and husband Charles Bumgarner, Sara Rush and husband James Shenck, Christina Sherrill and husband Michael, and Sabrina Schneibel and husband Dexter; a sister, Helen Rineer and husband Wesley; and six brothers, William Baughman Jr., James Baughman and wife Carol, Herb Baughman and wife Sue, Tim Baughman and wife Tina, Kenny Baughman and wife Leeann, and Joseph Baughman; 20 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister Dottie Kilpatrick and a granddaughter Kristen Rush.

Immediately following the service there will be a meal at Valley Pike Church of the Brethren in Maurertown.
