MRS. MELISSA TIMMERMAN
Melissa Mosher Timmerman passed away at her home on South Main street, Sunday morning. She had been ill for several years, but her condition did not become serious until the past three days. Her death was caused by infirmity of age. She was born June 17, 1855 In the town of Oppenheim, daughter of Henry R. and Rosina Monk Mosher. In January 1862 she married Willard Timmerman. For the past 45 years she has been a resident of this village. Mr. Timmerman passed away 12 years ago. Mrs. Timmerman was a member of the Dolgeville Presbyterian church and a charter member of the American Legion Auxiliary. Surviving are two daughters. Miss Nellie M. Timmerman and Miss Harriet Timmerman, and one son, Percy Timmerman, all of this village; and several brothers and : sisters. The funeral was held at the home Tuesday afternoon at 3:30. Rev. Luther Fincke, pastor of the Presbyterian church, officiated. Interment was made in the Dolgeville cemetery. WEDNESDAY, JULY 17, 1935. THE MORNING HERALD, GLOVERSVILLE AND JOHNSTOWN, N. Y
