She was a loving wife, grandmother and great-grandmother. Helen was one of eight children from Tucker, Ga. born to John Henry and China Rogers. Helen was the last surviving but has many surviving nieces and nephews. Helen was happily married to the late Richard L. Kellum for 28 years. Helen loved more than anything spending time with her family and spoiling her grandkids. Helen spent 35 years working for AT&T (Bell South) where she retired and then worked 15 more years at Oconee State Bank. Helen was also a member at Forest Heights Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School for many years, and a member of several groups like the Red Hat Club, Pioneers of Athens, and Eastern Star.
