Thomas G. Myers, 75, of Templeton, died yesterday, June 17, 1974, at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Zion Wesleyan Methodist Church. Born January 18, 1899 at East Franklin Township, he was the son of Abraham and Anne Elizabeth (Roofner) Myers. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Vera (Schall) Myers; two daughters, Mrs. Richard (Janet) Lingler, Greenwood, IN and Mrs. Jack (Nancy) Fyock, Somerset, Mass; three sons, Thomas Jr., Spring Arbor MI, Abraham J., Ford City and Richard E., Templeton; three brothers John B., East McKeesport, Jesse M., Mercer, and Paul W., North Versailles; three sisters, Mrs. Margaret Beighley, New Kensington, Mrs. Elmer (Ida) Zimmerman, Ford City, and Mrs. Pluma Claypool, Kittanning. A son James, a brother and three sisters are deceased. Friens will be received at Snyder Funeral Home, Kittanning, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today and tomorrow. Service will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Frank C. Hicks, pastor of Zion Wesleyan Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be at Cochran Cemetery.
