Beulah was born May 15, 1925, in Otis, Colorado, to Rev. Howard and Anna Belle (Lemmon) Johnson. She graduated in 1943 from Pawnee City High School, Pawnee City, Nebraska. She attended Park University, Parkville, MO, for two years.
She played the piano and other instruments. Her mother was ill for many years and she helped out at home.
Beulah married Raymond M. Mikeljack January 28, 1947, in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Before moving to Longmont in 1963, they resided in Alliance, Nebraska; El Paso, Texas; Denver, Colorado; and Tucson, Arizona. She helped her husband open and operate Mikeljack Sheet Metal Company in Longmont for 14 years until they retired. She was a member of Central Presbyterian Church where she served as a deacon, sang in the choir, was a member of the Banner Committee, and served as a Stephen Minister. She was a 19 year volunteer at the OUR Center Clothing Bank and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 32 for 26 years .
Beulah was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. Her hobbies included sewing, crocheting, knitting, gardening, and playing the piano.
Her parents, husband, and brothers Virgil Johnson and Cleland Johnson preceded her in death. She is survived by her brother Ralph Johnson and wife Ester of Houston, Texas, two sons, Kenneth Mikeljack and wife Barbara of Longmont, Ronald Mikeljack and wife Judy of Longmont, and daughter Raelene Snyder and husband Mike of Denver. Her grandchildren are Jason Mikeljack and wife Christine, Carey Womack and husband Keith, Tammy Parker, Timothy Mikeljack, Andrea Mason and husband Dave, Daniel Mikeljack, Mark Derksen and wife Heather, Joseph Embree, and Michael Embree. Her great grandchildren are Tyler Mikeljack, Jacob and Malcolm Sirio, Cade Womack, Elly and Kaleigh Womack, Katelynn and Jenna Parker, Emmalynn, Breanna, Bethany, and Anthony Mason, Jeffery Derksen and Kale Derksen. All of whom will miss her very much.
