Ralph W. Herbert II 35, died Feb. 5, 2016 in an automotive accident in Rush County, IN.
JR was born June 16, 1980 in New Castle, IN a son of the late Ralph W. & Deborah Newbold Herbert. He attended Rushville schools and became a truck driver and worked many years at Rush County Stone and also for Amos Farms. He was a past member of the Eagles Lodge.
Survivors include his former wife Amber Kennedy; four children Trenten T. Herbert, Sabrina K. Herbert, Cami Herbert and Zannah Jade Marie Herbert, a step son Jadden Sallee all of Rushville; Sisters Debra (Mrs. Kenny) Ellingson of Columbia, SC, Beth (Mrs. Scott) Whittaker of Milroy, Julie (Mrs. Robert) Gabbard of Glenwood; two brothers, Jack W. Herbert of Rushville, Joe Herbert of Milroy. Many friends will miss him as well.
He was preceded in death by a brother Tom Herbert and a sister Stephanie Matney.
A Celebration of Life will be 7 PM Monday February 8, 2016 at Todd Funeral Centre & Crematory in Rushville. Visitation will be from 4 PM until the time of the funeral.
Burial will take place 1 PM Tuesday February 9th at the Orange North Cemetery south of Glenwood.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations of sympathy be sent to Todd Funeral Centre 1600 S. SR 3 Rushville, IN 46173 to help offset funeral expenses.
