Mr. Bailey was born December 5, 1933 in Kite, Georgia; he was preceded in death by his parents, the late George Eulie Bailey & Gertrude Averett Bailey and his wife, Martha Street Bailey. He was the owner/operator of Bailey Yard Service. Mr. Bailey passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2016.
