Arthur F Farster, 78, of Templeton RD1 died Wednesday, Nov 16, 19994 at his residence.

He was born June 23 1916 in Mosgrove to Albert J and Gertrude (Bailey) Farster

A brick setter, Mr Farster retired from Harbison-Walker Refractories with more than 38 years of service.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman and he was a Protestant.

Survivors include three sons Dale Farster of Templeton Harold Farster of West Middlesex and Richard Farster of Kittanning a daughter, Mrs Robert (Nancy) Delp of Bell Mead NJ; six grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; a brother Raymond Farster of Templeton; two sisters, Alice Parks of Leechburg and Elizabeth Myers of Templeton and several nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Hazel V Farster who died Dec 31, 1991, a son Eugene Farster; two brothers, Vernon and Russell Farster; and five sisters Gladys McIntire, Dessie Painter, Edith Wagel, Elsie Painter, and Mary Belle Zimmerman.

Funeral services will be hald at Kennedy Blodgett Funeral Home Sunday Nov 20, 1994 at 2 p.m. with the Rev Gary Bryan of the Shenango Valley Church of God officiating. Burial will take place in Cochran Cemetery.
