Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Rod Payne officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home.
Mr. Dixon had served in the Air Force and was retired from the audio/visual department at Midwestern State University.
Survivors include his wife, Geraldine of the home; a son, Charles Kenneth Dixon Jr., of Midland, Texas; a sister, Joan Regina Ramsey of Pico Rivera, Calif.; a stepdaughter, Nita Jean Tillery of Wichita Falls and Dallas; and four grandchildren.
