Patricia Anne Bechtel of Highland, passed away January 14, 2016 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of John for over 60 years. Mother of John (Debbie) Bechtel, Karl Bechtel, Janet (Michael) Kramb and Rodney (Bernadette) Bechtel. Grandmother of Rodney, Nicholas, Stacy, Ann (Kyle), Lauren and Brendan. Great grandmother of Mike, Ryann and Sean. Sister of Dorothy Harnden-Creedon, Jean Carmean and Donald Gira.
Mrs. Bechtel was a registered nurse at Garden City Hospital for over 25 years where she managed cath. lab. She also was involved in teaching nursing education.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, January 18, 2016 at Faith Lutheran Church, 3501 E. Highland Rd. The family will receive friends Sunday from 3-8 pm at the Highland Chapel of the ELTON BLACK AND SON FUNERAL HOME, 3295 E. Highland Rd. and Monday at church from 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am. Memorials suggested to the American Heart Association .
