Ripley - Edna Martha Ammons, 51, died Tuesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Lauderdale. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Mount Lebanon Assembly of God in Henning, where she was a member, with burial in Mary's Chapel Cemetery in Ripley. Garner Funeral Home has charge. Mrs. Ammons, the wife of Bobby Dean Ammons, also leaves a daughter, Amy Payne of Brighton; a son, Patrick Crowder Jr. of Oklahoma City; two stepdaughters, Amy Ammons and Vickie Ammons, and two stepsons, Joseph Ammons and Chad Ammons, all of Ripley; five sisters, Virgie Howard, Yvonne Kirby and Darlene Womack, all of Ripley, Mabel Mueller of Covington and Eva Ammons of Arlington; four brothers, Andrew Sanders of Texas, Frank Sanders and Joe Sanders, both of Halls, and James Sanders of Henning, and 12 grandchildren.
