Mrs. Hillman died early Saturday at the Good Samaritan Center in Albert Lea, where she resided. She was born Dec 17, 1896 at Gordonsville to Botolf and Maggie (Beighley) Odden. She was married to Elmer Hillman on Dec 28, 1917. Mrs. Hillman lived most of her life in Freeborn County and had been a teacher in the Worth county, Iowa, schools. Leaves three daughters, Mrs. Herbert (Beth) Hubbell, Mrs. Robert (Ardith) Nelson and Mrs. Theodore (Mirre) Gilbertson, all of Albert Lea, MN; one son, Elldreth Hillman, also of Albert Lea; 20 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and one brother, Leif Odden, Northwood.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 1942; one daughter Mrs. Earl (Lylith) Christensen; 2 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and two sisters Mrs. Gay (Valborg) Lum and Mrs. Arthur (Beatrice) Carlsgaard.
