Death of E. F. McCray
On last Sunday morning at the home of his son E. A. McCray, near Vilas, Mr. E. F. McCray, aged 75 years, 8 months 23 days was called from his earthly labors. He had been in ill health for several weeks, and his end was not unexpected.
Mr. McCray is one of Bell county's pioneer citizens and was loved by all who knew him. The funeral services and interment was held in the new cemetery at Holland Monday afternoon. To the bereaved family the Tribune extends condolence.

E. F. McCray married Susan Jane Hutcherson on 22 May 1864 in Milam County, TX. He divorced her in May 1871 in Bell County, TX.
He married Mary Haydon Smart on 11 Oct 1872 in Williamson County, TX.
