Sharon A. Grobove, 73, Hibbing died Thursday, January 21, 2016 at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth. She was born on March 19, 1942 to Elner and Matilda "Tillie" (Kotrba) Eliason in Goodridge, MN.

She had been a resident of the Hibbing area since 1960 coming from Goodridge, MN. She was employed as a beautician and as well as a supervisor for Hibbing Electronics where she retired from. She was a member of the Keewatin American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post 452. Sharon was noted for stock car racing. She raced in a women's circuit in Hawaii when her husband was stationed there and was quite competitive. She also enjoyed ceramics while living in Tennessee, gardening, planting flowers, and restoring old cars. Sharon also enjoyed doing people's hair.

Sharon is survived by her husband, Adam A. Grobove Jr.; children: Adam A. (Connie) Grobove III, Marvin E. (Leah) Grobove, Charles A. (Jodi) Grobove, Teresa S. (Bill) Storlie, and Shaunte R. (Donnie) Richards; brother, Harvey Eliason, and Shirley Hovet; 11 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her son, Christopher G. Grobove; parents; siblings: Richard Eliason, Carrol Eliason, and Arlene Dahle; brothers-in-law: Gene LaChapple, Del Nelson, and Louie Dresich; sister-in-law, Elaine LaChapple; and her nephew, Bruce Dahle.

Interment was in the Maple Hill Cemetery of Hibbing.
