Sheila Duncan Williams, 65 of Orangeburg died Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at the Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg. She was born August 15, 1950 in Legrange, GA; the daughter of the late Hilton Mayo Duncan, Sr. and the late Juanita Redding Duncan. She was preceded in death by a brother, Hilton M. “Bubba” Duncan, Jr. and a sister, Rebecca “Becky” Gray.

She was retired from Crusiers. She was a loving woman who cared not only for her family but too many kids at the AGC that knew her as Grammy.

Survivors include her husband: William “Jim” Williams of the home; children: Traci (Jay) Fanning of Neeses; Anthony “David” (Wendy) Williams of Cope, Renee (Michael) McElvaney of Cordova, Jamie (Marie) Williams of Orangeburg; grandchildren: Kayla McElvaney, Blake McElvaney, Andrew Fanning, Hailey Fanning, Laine Williams, Hunter Williams, Amber Williams and Ryan Williams; sister: Fran (David) Ellington of Orangeburg; and a very special friend: Dorothy Brown.

Visitation will be held 6 to 8 PM on Friday, January 22, 2016 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg.
A Graveside Service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Orangeburg with Rev. Larry Williams officiating directed by Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg. Pallbearers are Andrew Fanning, Laine Williams , Hunter Williams, Blake McElvaney, Brian Duncan, Hilton “Bubba” Duncan and Jason Gray.
