Mrs. Emerick Heaton
Mrs. Sarah B. Heaton, wife of Emerick Heaton of Flemington died Monday, February 9, 1931, at the Lock Haven Hospital where she had been a patient for a week. She had been ill for eight days with a complication of a diabetic condition and pneumonia.
She was 56 years of age and was born in Centre County, but had resided in the Flemington area for many years. She was a member of the Free Methodist Church.
One son and two daughters also survived: John H. and Mrs Charles Chaplain of Lock Haven and Mrs. Bessie Lintz of Erie, also one brother, George Anderson and one half-brother Philip Anderson, both of Flemington.
Funeral services were held at the residence in charge of Reverend Howard L. Krause.
Burial was made in Fairview Cemetery near Curtin.
