Funeral services were held Wednesday in Abilene for Aubrey Earl Amarine, brother of Wayne Amarine of Monahans.

Mr. Amarine, 54, was a resident of Hanby. He died Monday at Harris Hospital in Ft. Worth.

He was born July 31, 1926, in Brady and was married to Jean Payne in 1949. He was an auto parts saleman and a member of the Baptist Church.

Other survivors include his widow of the home; two daughters, Beverly Franklin of Mesquite and Sheryl Allred of Dallas; two other brothers, Robert of San Antonio and Arnold of California; three sisters, Iva Johnson of Edinburg, Oleta Kuhlman of Mason and Juaniece Scott of N. Carolina; and four grandchildren.
