Myron W. Adamson

Myron W. Adamson 80, died Sat., Oct. 9, 2004 at Windsor Manor. He was a resident of Greenwood. He was born on Jan. 14, 1924 to Elbert and Grace Adamson. He was a US Air Force veteran. He worked at Naval Avionics for 22 years as an electronics mechanic, before retiring in 1986. He was a member of Calvary Temple and a booster member of the FOP. He was a member of the Bedford American Legion & Elks Club. He was an avid gardener and enjoyed fishing. He is survived by his son, Steven Adamson; his daughter, Elaine Hobble; stepchildren, David I. Poling and Cynthia Worley; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Phyllis Adamson; his second wife, Janet E. Adamson; brother, Robert M. Adamson and his parents. Services will be 2:30 p.m., Thurs., Oct. 14, at GH Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home, 1605 S. St. Rd. 135, with visitation from 5-8:00 p.m. Wed., Oct. 13 at the funeral home. Burial: Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Glenns Valley.
