EVANSVILLE, IND. Juanita Blanch Case Jackson, 93, died Friday, Feb. 11, 2005 in the Pine Haven Health and Rehabilitation Center in Evansville after a lengthy illness.
Born in Hopkins County Jan. 6, 1912, the daughter of the late George Case and Belle Rickard Case, she was a homemaker and housewife and was of the Pentecostal faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip A. (Phil) Jackson on Nov. 4, 2001.
Survivors include a daughter, Doris (Harlon) Jones of Evansville; two sons, Billy Ray Jackson and Phillip Wayne “Bud” (Mary) Jackson, both of Evansville; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, two step-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Feb. 14 at Gary’s Funeral Home with the Rev. Walter Evitts and the Rev. B.A. Mercer officiating. Burial followed in Coleman Cemetery in Nebo.
