Cleora married William Dean Olsen October 5, 1935 in Farmington. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They became the parents of four children, William Lee, James Dean, Meridee, and Robert Dion.
William Dean died in 1960 leaving Cleora a widow at age 47. She remarried five years later to Edward Lowe Anderson on May 1, 1965 in Las Vegas, NV. They had thirteen years together before his death in 1978.
