Note: daughter, Artie Joyce Johnson Bennett, born 20 Aug 1926, Galveston, TX, died on 20 Jan 1948 in a car accident of multiple skull fractures. According to Lee Nunez, she was riding in a car with her back up against the passenger door. When they drove over some RR tracks, the door popped open and she fell out and was killed. She is buried in same cemetery as father. 157061221
