Survived by wife, Mrs. Velma L. Dixon, Nashville; son, Mr. Joe E. Dixon, Sr., Nashville; brother, Mr. Thomas Dixon, Sr., Lafayette, Tn.; three grandsons; two great-grandchildren.
Mr. Dixon is in the Gardenia Room of Woodlawn Funeral Home, Thompson Lane.
Mr. Dixon was a fifty year member of Masons, and the Order of the Eastern Star.
Services will be conducted on Tuesday, March 10, 1981 in the Woodlawn Chapel of Roses with Bro. Walter C. Leaver, III., officiating. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park. Arrangements by Woodlawn Funeral Home, 383-4754
