Mrs. Rose Marie Eldreth Cook, 66, of 1762 Silverstone Road, Zionville, died Friday, May 20, 2005, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
She was born Jan. 4, 1939, in Boone, Watauga County, to the late Worth and Ollie Marie Ham Eldreth.
Mrs. Cook was an employee of IRC, Inc. for the past 39 years as an inspector. She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her husband, Lester Dean Cook; one daughter, three sons, two sisters, two brothers, her mother-in-law, Mrs. Edith McGuire Cook of Zionville. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchild and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Leroy Calhoun and James Eldreth; and her father-in-law, Dean Cook.
Burial followed in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
