COVINGTON - John D. Brumbaugh, 85, of Covington, went to be with the Lord on Jan. 2, 2016, at 11:45 a.m. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Deanna (Huffman) Brumbaugh of Covington; three sons, Jay D. of Sidney, Eric of Pleasant Hill, and John Allen of Piqua; three grandsons, Hunter, Spencer and Job, all of Pleasant Hill; and one future daughter-in-law, Mandy.
He retired from Hobart Manufacturing in 1992 after 42 years of loyal service. He was a charter member of the Covington Eagles and was a loyal Bengals and Buckeyes fan, as well as the Covington Buccs.
Friends and family are invited to the family home in Covington for a remembrance on Saturday, Jan. 9, from 2-5 p.m.
