Malvina “Belle” (Bojarski) Amendola, age 92, formerly of Wayne Street, passed away at Sunrise Assisted Living, in Erie, Friday, January 08, 2016.

Born in Erie, April 12, 1923, she was a daughter of the late John and Alexandria (Dudzinski) Bojarski.

In addition to her parents, Belle was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Samuel J. Amendola, Sr.; seven siblings, Stanley, John, Frank and Chester Bojarski, Mary Wosniak, Helen Romba and Gladys Flak.

She is survived by three children, Sam J. Amendola, Jr., wife Karen, of Oil City, Gary Amendola, of Erie and Anne Romba, husband Doug, of Summit Twp.; five grandchildren, Jeremy Amendola, wife Leslie, of Doylestown, Pa., Nicole Johnson, husband Ryan, of Naperville, Ill., Matthew Amendola, of Oil City, Christopher Romba, wife Katie, of Summit Twp. and Ryan Romba, of Erie; eight great-grandchildren, Gabriel, Benjamin and Nathaniel Amendola, of Doylestown, Pa., Logan and Eleonore Johnson, of Naperville, Ill., Emma, Ava and Austin Romba, of Summit Twp.; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Entombment will be in the Holy Family Mausoleum at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
