Coy Lee Welch, Sr., 77, of Tulsa, died Thursday at Hillcrest Medical Center. Welch was born April 15, 1915, in Tuckerman, Ark., to Anderson King and Mollie Lewis Welch.

Survivors include his wife; son; two daughters; brother; two sisters; fifteen grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one son, Arthur Andrew Welch and one daughter, Francis LaNelle McIntosh.
Funeral services were scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, at Green Hills Memorial Gardens Chapel.
Burial followed at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Fitzgerald Funeral Service of Tulsa.
