She was the widow of Ulysses G. Arnett and a member of the Asbury Methodist Church. She was born in Bloomington, Indiana and lived in Charleston for 18 years.
She is survived by two daughters of Charleston and Clarksburg; two sons of St. Albans and Baltimore, Maryland; a brother of Detroit, Michigan and 11 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Services were conducted at the Simpson-Chandler Mortuary with the Reverend I. E. Cregger officiating. Burial followed the next day with a graveside service.
