Surviving are husband, Larry Neff of 40 years; mother, Viola Carlen of Buckley; sister, Leola Waner of Enumclaw; sons, Eddie Lee Neff of Tacoma, Albie Neff of Eatonville, Dean (Karrie) Neff and Mike (Kim) Neff, both of Puyallup; 6 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Hill Funeral Home Chapel in Puyallup on Tues., March 21 at 11 a.m. Private interment at Woodbine Cemetery. If desired, remembrances may be made to the American Cancer Society.
