Margie Lee Nicholson passed away on Friday, February 19, 2021 at 8:00 pm in Memphis, TN. She was born Margie Lee Cherry in Dyer, TN. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and aunt. She lived her life as a Christian which gave her inner strength and determination. She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters; and five brothers. She was also preceded in death in 1975 by husband, Billy F. Hoskins; and in 1995, by husband, James Paul Nicholson.

She is survived by two children, daughter, Sherry Hoskins of Memphis, TN; son, Billy M. Hoskins and wife Hing of Nashville, TN; two grandchildren, Ben Hoskins and wife Tabitha of Tiapai, Taiwan; and Erin Hoskins, of Los Angeles, CA; and four great grandchildren, Hope, Hannah, Caleb, and Nathan Hoskins. She is also survived by additional loving family, stepdaughter, Paula and husband Robert Watson of Dyer, TN; step grandchildren; many nieces; and nephews who she loved very much.

Karnes & Son Funeral Home at 134 W College Street, Dyer, TN 38330 will coordinate graveside service with burial at Oakwood Cemetery in Dyer, Tennessee on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 2:00 PM.
