Ruby Jackson (1912-2015) lived in Tulare from 1973 to 2011 with her husband Clarence (nicknamed Swede) until she moved to Sunnyvale California in 2012 to be near her family. Then to skilled nursing in San Jose in 2015.
Ruby and Clarence lived on the corner of Lovers Lane and Prosperity enjoying life and being near their daughter Wanda West and grandsons Allen West and Brian West. She lived on in Tulare after the death of Clarence in 1988. She is also preceded in death by her eldest daughter Wanda West and grandson Brian West. Ruby leaves behind 2 daughters, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild
