Mrs. Goodson was a life-long resident of the Van Meter area and was known and respected by many.
Rev. Leonard Root officiated at the services. Casket bearers were Clarence Wesslund, August Button, Harvey Cline, Wilford Plymesser, John Hazen and Joe Boos. Burial was at the Booneville cemetery.
Mrs. Goodson is survived by one sister, Daisy Crouse of North Dakota, three stepchildren, 24 grandchildren, 59 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
