Zenda Benson Mabey, age 84, passed away on February 27, 2003 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

She was born October 25, 1918 in Preston, Idaho to Frank Taft Benson and Elizabeth Eames Benson. She attended Preston High School and LDS Business College. She married Kember Dee Mabey on July 17, 1943 in Preston, Idaho.

She enjoyed reading, puzzles, playing cards, and friends. She was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed her family very much. She was a member of the LDS Church and enjoyed serving in many positions. One of the things she enjoyed was the friendship and weekly meeting with her Neighborhood Club.

She is survived by her daughter, Paula Cummings; sons T. Dee (Danna) Mabey, Lynn (Janice) Mabey, and Mark (Caroline) Mabey; 15 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Kember, four sisters and two brothers.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 3, 2003 at 12:00 noon at the Nibley Park Ward, 2450 S. 600 E. Friends may call on Sunday, March 2nd from 5-7 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 Highland Drive and on Monday from 10:45-11:45 prior to the service at the church.
