Vance Lee Holcomb was Marlenes fiancee at the time of his untimely death. He was a wonderful man and very loving to everyone. Vance was in the navial reserve and he had decided to come to Colville, Washington to see Marlene and also his family that resided in another state. He was driving in Norfolk City, when he was t-boned by a drunk driver that ran though a stop light. Vance was transported and died at the hospital. He was only 19 at the time of his death. He will always be greatly missed as he had a long life ahead of him.
