Nancy Ellen Monesmith, widow of Henry Monesmith, died at the home of a daughter, in Jackson township, Saturday at the age of 60 years. Death was due to complications. The deceased was born near Monroeville, April 14, 1855. She was a member of the Pleasant Grove M.E. church and an active worker in church circles and charity organizations. Surviving are two sons and two daugthers, George W., of Fort Wayne; H. Benton, of Willmar, Minn.; Mrs. Arthur Stairhime, of Jackson township, and Mrs. Amos Guisienger, of Plymouth. There are also four brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services will be held this afternoon at 1 o'clock at the home of the daughter and at 2 o'clock at the Pleasant Grove M.E. church. Interment at Stephenson's cemetery.
