Ray met Beebee and they were married at the Mission Inn in Riverside, Calif. in 1948. They had 67 years together and are the parents of two children - Brad (Isabelle) Fisher and Sharon (Bob) Johnson, four grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
Ray worked 26 years for the Calif. Hwy. Dept. after which he was in Real Estate for several years.
Ray served in WW II for several years as a master sergeant serving in several countries.

Our thanks go to Woodland Regency Assisted Living for their excellent help and care of Ray for 7 mos. Also thanks to everyone involved at Willamette Valley Hospice for the wonderful care they gave Ray for the last 5 months.
Arrangements are being handled by Virgil T. Golden Funeral Services and Oakland Crematory. Celebration of Life will be Aug 14, 2015 at Salem First Baptist Church on Marion St. in Salem at 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Marion-Polk Food Share or the American Red Cross.
