Mary Katherine Davis Morris, 82, Robards, Kentucky, went home to heaven to live with our Lord and her mother and father on Thursday, December 24, 2015.
She was a member of Airline Baptist Church.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, George “Bud” Thomas Morris, who died February 19, 2009; her parents, Paul Edward and Mabel Rose Franklin Davis; two sisters, Betty Chappell and Judy Vaine; and two brothers, Bobby Davis and Morris “Buddy” Davis.
Survivors include four sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas Edward and Patsy Morris of Robards, Kentucky, Donald Ray and Karen Schneider Morris of Henderson, Kentucky, Freddy Lynn and Vicki Morris of Franklin, Kentucky, and Randy and Amy Morris of Evansville, Indiana; three sisters, Molly Hayes of Brunswick, Ohio, Paula McBride of Crofton, Kentucky, Marilyn Morris of St. Charles, Kentucky; one brother, Ricky Davis of Dawson, Springs; one cousin, Grace Ruth Roberson of Dawson Springs, Kentucky; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home. The Reverend Nathan Whisnant will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
