She first married Nehemiah Olmstead in 1652. They had one child, Sarah, born in 1655. Nehemiah died in 1657.
Elizabeth next married Obediah Gilbert in 1660. They had four known children: Benjamin, Obediah Jr., Joseph, and Sarah. Obediah died in August, 1674.
Elizabeth then married Captain Nathaniel Seeley, whose wife had recently died, in late 1674 or early 1675. Their marriage was short lived as Nathaniel died December 19, 1675 in a battle of the Perquot War.
Elizabeth's daughter, Sarah Olmstead, from her first marriage to Nehemiah, married Robert Seeley one of Nathaniel's sons from his first marriage.
