Obituary
Oct 19, 2013 - Dec 21, 2015 Daisy went to be with our Lord on Monday December 21st at about 4:00 pm. She was born in Palos, Alabama but resided in Sandusky, Alabama all of her life until she moved to Fairhaven Methodist Retirement Home eight years ago. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Baker, as well as three sisters and a brother. She is survived by her nieces Sandra Sawyer, Laurie Hosmer and Jolene Hubbard and her nephew Jerry Baker. She is also survived by many great nieces, nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. She was loved by all of us and will be missed very much. We would like to thank the nurses and staff at Fairhaven One North for their kindness, compassion and wonderful care. Graveside services will be at Elmwood Cemetery on Saturday December 26th at 2 pm. Her great nephew Brian Jernigan will officiate.
