Charles Wesley Dingus

Charles Wesley Dingus, 90-year-old Martin resident, died at his home there last Friday after suffering an apparent heart attack. Born October 23, 1983, he was a son of Logan and Rhoda Osborne Dingus. A retired farmer and blacksmith, he was a member of the United Methodist Church. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Sarah Dingus; one son, Olvo Dingus, of Martin; two half-brothers, Glenn Dingus, of Ashland, and Bill Dingus, of Olive Hill; one sister, Mrs. Maude Chaffins, of Greenup; a half-sister, Mrs. Grace Ratcliff, of Martin; one grandson and one great-grandson. Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m., Monday, at Hall Brothers Funeral chapel by the Revs. Bob Martin and John Huffman. Burial was made in Davidson Memorial Gardens.
