Services for Wilhelmina Goetze, 86, were held March 26 in St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Blooming, of which she was a charter member. The Rev. O.H. Moeller officiated. Mrs. Goetze died march 23, 1966, at the home of her daughter in Yamhill.

She was born in York County, Neb., the daughter of George and Anna Moeller Meyer, and when a small girl moved with her family to Iowa Hill south of Cornelius. Oct. 22, 1899, she married Fred Goetze in St. Peter's Lutheran Church. They continued to live at Iowa Hill. Following his death in 1928, Mrs. Goetze made her home in Hillsboro and North Plains and for the past 15 years had lived with her daughter in Yamhill.

Surviving are three sons, William of Tigard, Herman of Newport, Wash., and George of Cornelius; three daughters, Mrs. Harrison Morgan, Portland, Mrs. Margaret Altene, Los Angeles, and Mrs. John Monks, Yamhill; a sister, Mrs. Johanna Edwards, Albuquerque, N.M., eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
